Return & Refund Policy
At Kristi Marié Studio, each artwork is handled with great care. Due to the nature of original artworks, limited edition prints, and made-to-order pieces, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@kristimarie.art before sending the artwork back.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the damage
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Original artworks
- Commissioned artworks
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Framed artworks and framed prints
- Sale items
- Gift cards
As many works are created, printed, or framed specifically to order, all sales on these items are considered final.
Colour & Appearance
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and display devices. We do our best to accurately represent each artwork online.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, a separate order may be placed for a new artwork.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
