Original artworks, limited edition prints, commissions, and made-to-order pieces may vary slightly in texture, framing, or finish due to the handmade nature of the work.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been processed or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices exclude shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or international handling charges unless specified.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed, printed, framed, or shipped.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • couriers

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • strikes

  • supplier delays

  • circumstances beyond our control

Risk and ownership transfer to the customer once the artwork has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Certain original artworks, framed pieces, and made-to-order works may require extended production and shipping times.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy available on this website.

Original artworks, commissions, framed works, sale items, and custom-made pieces are generally non-refundable unless damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.

All content on this website, including artworks, images, text, branding, logos, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Kristi Marié Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

The purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
